Music Time keeps the learning process simple by starting with basic music skills such as rhythm, pitch, and melody.
All orders are shipped via Standard Ground Shipping. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, and will arrive 5 to 9 business days from the date they were shipped, except for special orders. Allow up to 10 to 12 weeks for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges: We take great pride in our productions, and we hope you are delighted with your purchase. But if for any reason you aren't completely satified, you may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for store credit (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges). All jewelry, sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are availalble. All returns may be made via mail. Shipping charges will appy to mail-in exchanges. To make a return or exchange, please complete and return the duplicate copy of your packing slip along with your merchandise. If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us or call our Customer Service at 818-461-3124 to obtain a return authorization number.
